Dedication and Acknowledgements

“The most precious gift we can offer others is our presence.” ~Thich Nhat Hanh

This retreat is focused on Sickle Cell Disease in honor of Miracle, Chris, Davon, and all the other young people around the world with SCD and their families. The lives of these young adults have inspired our work to improve the lives of others who live with Sickle Cell Disease.
