Ethics in Clinical Practice Project

Ethics in Clinical Practice Project
Introduction

There are two main components to the Ethics in Clinical Practice Project (ECPP): an educational project and an empirical project. The educational project involves developing programs in clinical ethics for residents in select training programs at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. The empirical project focuses on learning more about the actual ethical issues encountered by residents as they care for patients. New knowledge and insights generated from the empirical project will inform the educational programs.
