Oversight and Ethics of Quality Improvement Initiatives - With funding from The Commonwealth Fund two surveys will be conducted to explore the oversight and ethics of the conduct of quality improvement initiatives. The first survey was sent to members of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement in April 2009. Data analysis is underway. The second survey will be sent to members of the American Hospital Association in the Fall of 2009.
